Fluorescence microscopy has become an increasingly valuable tool in modern biomedical research. New imaging tools such as 2-Photon, FLIM, FRET, and live confocal imaging in combination with powerful analysis software take the scientist up to and beyond the limits of optical resolution. The microscopy and imaging core facility offers FMI collaborators a variety of top-end light microscopes and cutting-edge analysis tools. At the same time, we provide training for users in image acquisition and image processing.
